What we offer

The right help for where you are now

Needs can change slowly over time, or they can change all at once. Uralla Community Care helps people find practical support that suits their current situation, from everyday help at home to transport that keeps appointments, errands and community life within reach.

Support at Home

Help to keep home manageable

Support at Home is for people who need practical help to continue living safely and comfortably in their own home. This may include support with everyday routines, household tasks, personal care, meal preparation or other day-to-day needs that have become harder to manage alone.

The aim is not to take over, but to provide the right level of help so home life can feel more settled, organised and manageable.

Commonwealth Home Support Services Program

A little extra support can go a long way

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme provides entry-level support for people who need some assistance to stay independent at home and connected to their community.

It can help with everyday tasks, transport, social connection and other practical supports that make daily life easier. For many people, CHSP is a useful starting point when they do not need full-time care, but would benefit from reliable help in the areas that matter most.

Community Transport

Getting where you need to go

Appointments, shopping, errands and social outings can become difficult when transport is limited or no longer feels easy to manage. Community Transport helps people get to important places safely and with less stress, so they can stay connected to essential services, local activities and everyday community life.

It is a practical service that can make a real difference to independence, routine and confidence.
